Note: All player levels welcome. Come early to get stretched and ready — we’ll be preparing for the Cascade Classic on August 29.

What to expect
Regular practices at Skyliners will focus on fitness, set pieces, contact skills, and match preparation. Attendance at practices is the best way to secure your place on match day and help the club build cohesion.
Cascade Classic (Aug 29) will be a key preseason test — a good chance to sharpen combinations and evaluate squad depth before fixtures begin in September.
Two bye weekends in the fall will provide time for recovery, work, and extra training sessions as needed.
